We offer a full range of Office Services for those in need without the full expense of a separate office and all the added complexities. Our service includes
- Use of our address on your letterheads
- Telephone number and Fax number should you require it
Whilst most people accept that lots of businesses operate from home these days it is always of benefit to show you also have separate offices.
We can answer your phone calls and take messages to be either collected at your convenience or emailed to you throughout the day.
We can receive faxes for you and either, send them to you, have you collect them or scan and email them to you.
We have the facility to do either audio typing or word processing for those letters you need to send out. For some clients we keep a collection of their letterheads for such occasions. We can also have your letterheads, Compliment Slips and Business Cards printed in house by our Graphic Design team.
Book Keeping & Laminating
Our staff are conversant with most software packages including Sage, Quickbooks etc for those who need our Book Keeping services. We offer a collection and delivery service of your paperwork to ensure its safety or can hold on file within our offices if you prefer. We offer monthly Day Books and VAT calculations to enable you to see how the company is progressing and what to expect to pay the Customs at the end of the quarter to make it easier for you to budget. We also do Bank reconciliations at the end of each month or weekly whichever you prefer.
We offer Photocopying either Black & White or Colour, Laminating up to A2 size and binding of documents for presentation.
We can put together any package to suit your needs at competitive prices and the benefits are that you know exactly what your costs are from day one which allows you to budget for these expenses easily.
